It can be used for freezing and cooling products packed in a tray or container - regardless of shape. These products could include the cooling of paste products, desserts, ice cream, noodles, fried and crumbed foods, baked items etc. One of its most outstanding features is that it is equipped with a stand-alone CIP foaming washer with pump and motor operated valve. It automatically carries out both foam and warm water washing. Foaming volume: 100L/min. Steam sterilization can also be handled automatically. AERO IQF FREEZER Model BM 650The “AERO” IQF Freezer is a two conveyor belt freezing system of the fl uidized bed principle. The fi rst belt, or IQF belt, keeps the product (such as peas, berries, diced vegetables or seafood/meat chunks, separated and in constant motion during the initial or crust freezing process.Even wet, sticky or irregular shaped products such as sliced fruit, extruded patties or seafood can be successfully frozen (this freezer was actually handling Surimi) This type of product would be scattered over the belt in a monolayer form and then subjected to high velocity updraft sub zero air which crust freezes the surfaces so that they are suffi ciently fi rm to be transferred from the IQF belt onto the second or freeze belt without damage.The second belt, or freeze belt, is designed to accept the crust - frozen product from the IQF belt and ,due to its slower speed, allows the product to be piled up, thus reducing gaps between the products & so enhancing fl uidization. Both belt speeds are variable for the wide range of product size, shape, texture & surface water quantity.CAPACITY: 1800mm W x 16000mm L (600 kg/hr nominal capacity, product dependent)Refrigeration compressor not available as it was sold as part of the factory fi xtures. This plant was manufacturing soymilk to produce tofu. The plant, which was designed and manufactured by TAKAI, was producing 650kg of tofu per hour. Soymilk production capacity: 300~ 500L/hr.The plant has been dismantled (and is sold as is where is) ready to be transported from Melbourne, Australia. Manuals available.
