❚ Hans Goßler: We have realised that cus-tomers are increasingly on the lookout for new premium sector products.

10// What plans do you have for the coming months? Can you offer us a

preview, especially when it comes to new products? ❚ Michael Lenke: As already mentioned, the main business focus will be directed towards America and Australia, and on the production side of things, we will be concentrating on the new product releases and developments for 2015. The new products will include changes to ergonomics, design and style – wait and see for yourself, you’ll be surprised.

11// What exhibitions will you attend as an exhibitor in the coming months? How

important is are exhibitions for the product?

❚ Michael Lenke: This approach has been very successful up to now. The exclusive cooperation with the Orion team is perfect, and we all play our part in not selling our product at low prices on online portals. Every unit has a serial num-ber, which means we can trace back the sales channel. We offer free worldwide delivery via our online shop, which has gone down well with customers from all over the world.

07// Why should customers choose your company? What is special about your

product?❚ Hans Goßler: Because of the way in which it works, the Womanizer has a unique selling point, and according to our research, there is no other manufacturer that offers a 100 percent money back guarantee if the user doesn’t reach orgasm. You can’t offer a customer more security against a bad-buy or for functionality: no orgasm – money back! The Womanizer is unique on the erotic market and is registered for an interna-tional patent. The Womanizer brand and the design (industrial design) are also internationally protected.

08// In what way do you support your customers, for example with PoS

materials and the like?❚ Michael Lenke: We support our customers with film and photo materials, press texts, testers and such things. At the moment, Orion is pro-ducing very high quality PoS material, and we are working with our advertising agency on new and entertaining video clips for online channels such as YouTube.

09// How do you see the development within the market? Are there diffi-

culties or improvements?

❚ Hans Goßler: Because we have chosen the distribution route via an exclusive distributor per country/continent, we won’t be doing much exhibiting in the near future. As a partner or provider for the distributors, we will of course attend various exhibitions. We have a number of negotiations and visits awaiting us in January 2015 in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
