Lakshmi Machine Works Limited has been consistently at the forefront of technological advancements in textile machinery. Over the past five decades the company has gained a worldwide reputation for its state-of-art technology and high quality standards.

The superior performance of our machines can be attributed, on the one hand, and on the other, to the competence of the technical personnel who man these machines. At LMW, a fully manufactured textile machine doesn’t represent the end of our job, but only the beginning.

What follows is a series of in-depth training programs for new entrepreneurs, middle level managers and technicians. The programs are conducted in a modern and well equipped training centre, these training sessions have been providing textile professionals the perfect springboard for a successful career.

Customer TrainingWith advanced technology comes a greater complexity of mechanical and electrical controls and these technologies are regularly updated.

All this calls for a new breed of operators and maintenance staff, with adequate knowledge and skill. LMW is addressing this need through extensive training support.

Our customer training centre is well equipped with individual class rooms of all our machinery for demonstration and clear explanations. The training is imparted by experienced engineers using scientific methods and tools.

Various programs are available to train mill personnel at all levels in the operations and maintenance of the plant and machineries of a textile mill. It includes process control, quality control and electrical/electronics.
