Fiori in a nutshell

SAP Fiori is the new user experience (UX) for SAP software.

It applies modern design principles for a completely

reimagined user experience.

SAP Fiori UX represents a personalized, responsive and

simple user experience across devices and deployment options.

For the definition of SAP Fiori apps, we are following

a role-based user experience

for enterprise-wide engagement across lines of business.

Definition and goal

Definition

The SAP Fiori Customer Interest Group is open to you as customers

interested to work with us on defining and improving SAP Fiori.

It is organized by LoB areas, industries, and SAP solutions which are focus

areas for Fiori development now and in the future.

Goal

We want to develop a relationship that extends over more then one

development cycle and collaborate with you as end users as well as

interested subject matter experts on an ongoing basis.

The exact collaboration needs and time frame for a Fiori App are

determined and will be communicated by the area responsible when

known.

3 Collaboration opportunities in detail

Portfolio, Roadmap

Definition

Develop the right apps

We analyze the most frequently used

functionalities and define a list of use

cases and roles.

You validate the selected use

cases and roles that drive value

in your organization.

Development

Develop the apps right

We setup regular user validation

sessions to review apps in

implementation.

Designers, user researchers, and

developers capture your input and

roll-in the feedback to further

improve the apps until delivery.

Your users validate and give

feedback up until the release

of the app.

Design Phase

Design the apps right

We start with the description of the main

user (persona) for a group of apps and

then design initial screen flows.

Once these are available, we engage with

real end users and validate the persona,

the use cases, and the initial designs.

Your users give feedback.
