Received the complaint from customer (Ms Jenny Wu) on accident, the container was found damaged on top of it side.
E-mail received on 7th November 2014
Section B : Action Taken
E-mail to client to inform the client regarding the accident with photos attached for evidence reference.We wrapped the container with plastic sheet to prevent from any further damage. However, we have repaired the container and it is ready to use.
Section C: Root Cause Investigation
The hyster spreader was found parked above the container and fell down on top of the container. The incident caused holes on top of the container.
