Available for acquisition is a full-service provider of custom operational decision software development solutions and related program
management services. The business offers program management, consulting, integration, and custom software development services. In
addition, the Company focuses on Earned Value Management (EVM) solutions through the deployment of proprietary Software as a Service
(SaaS) application. The Company also provides on-site staffing and consulting to support all aspects of program management, including
schedule development, reporting, training, integration of cost and schedule data, risk assessment, program reviews and audits, design and
implementation of management dashboards, and other related solutions; logistics program support and management services are also
available. Overall, the Company operates through two internal profit centers: consulting (78% of 2017 revenue) and software fees (22%). All
projects are completed on per contract basis only. The Company targets Department of Defense (DoD) organizations and defense industry
contractors across the US. The Company maintains a base of 49 customers, and nearly 95% of revenue comes from recurring active customer
projects; the Company has consulting agreements in place with its key accounts. The employee base consists of six full-time personnel,
including two active owners. The Company also utilizes five consultants on a per demand basis, including one active owner. Operations are
housed from a 2,400 SF headquarters facility, and is utilized for office purposes. The Company is well-positioned within its region, and is
known for providing high-quality IT solutions.
