ABOUT THE PLANT

The plant «Oberbeton» ‐ is one of the biggest Ukrainianproducer of precast custom concrete, is located in

Zhitomir, Baranova Street, 89.

The plant was built in 2008.

ABOUT THE PLANT

The plant "Oberbeton" specialized on production of individual concrete products is fitted withmodern equipment of the leading European manufacturers (Germany, Italy). Concrete mixing unit of theplant has no analogues in Ukraine as to the level of engineering and technology. Advanced technologies and

innovative design with the use of high quality raw materials are actively applied at the enterprise. Thesefactors allow producing custom precast concrete that meet international quality standards and allrequirements of the construction market.

The project department provides technical support for all stages of the object development:from concept to production, rendering the following services: development of design and engineeringdocumentation for buildings and structures at all stages of projection; implementation of technical

supervision of the construction works.There are a service of quality control of incoming raw materials, a department of technicalcontrol and a laboratory, which constantly monitor product quality at the plant. All products arecertified.

The minimum section size is 300x300 mm, maximum ‐

1200x1200 mm. The maximum height of a column is 24 m.Columns height from 20 m to 24 m can be manufactured as

one piece (uncut), and composite.

SLABS OF PERMANENT FORMWORK

Slabs of permanent formwork “Oberbeton”

Precast concrete slabs of permanent formwork "Oberbeton" designed for precast monolithic

reinforced concrete slabs.Concrete elements of permanent formwork consist of plane structures of various sizes and

configurations, supporting reinforcing spatial framework of triangular section, providing

transport and installation stability and necessary connection between precast slabs and

monolithic concrete.

Overall dimensions:The thickness of the finished floor varies depending on the span and

load: from 12 cm to 30 cm;

Slab thickness varies depending on the required thickness of

concrete cover, quantity of supporting armature, as well as fire

safety and corrosion protection : from 40 mm to 70 mm;The height of the spatial framework: 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 18, 20 cm;

The standard length of floor slabs element: up to 7,5 м;

Maximum length of floor slabs element: 12 m;

Standard width: 2,4 m.

HOLLOW CORE SLABS

Plant "Oberbeton" produces pre‐stressed

hollow core slabs height of 200 mm, 220 mm, 265

mm, 320 mm and 400 mm. Width across the lower

edge is 1200 mm (‐5 mm). Length is determined by

the customer in accordance with the project and

can be up to 19 meters.

Hollow core slabs are manufactured by

extrusion. As main reinforcement used high‐strength ropes K‐7 with a diameter of 9 to 15 mm.

Plant "Oberbeton" manufactures wall elements of the

following types:

basement panels;

wall panels;elements of retaining walls and bank protection.

Production of basement and wall panels divides into 2 types :

combined three‐layer panel (consists of two concrete layers with the heat‐insulating layerbetween them. As a non‐combustible insulation applied insulation.

single‐layer panel (exterior finish of a single‐layer panel can be varied‐flat concrete surface,

textured finish, etc. )

STAIR ELEMENTS

Plant "Oberbeton" produces precast concrete stairs and

ladder platforms for all types of industrial and civil

buildings, both serial and individual geometry.

flight of stairs with the lower ladder platform;

flight of stairs with the top ladder platform;flight of stairs with the lower and top ladder platform.

The plant "Oberbeton" produces concrete folds of tribunes of various shapes (depending on

clients needs) used for construction or reconstruction of sports and entertainment facilities.

Folds of tribunes, produced by "Oberbeton", were used to organize a VIP – zone of the stadium

during reconstruction of NSK "Olympiysky" (Kyiv) in 2011.
