HERCULES DESIGN FEATURES

Hercules was designed to be the most adaptable Hydraulic Catwalk system in the world.Utilizing our patented Scissor Lift Arms, we are able to present Tubulars to any Rig Floor,from 4FT up to 32FT. With our Trough extension ability we are able to present the Tubularscloser to Well Center than ever before, thus eliminating the dangerous Tubular Swing Weight.CPH has also introduced the latest in PLC operations, which controls the movement of our keyfunctions. Having this PLC system in place will eliminate the abuse that non-PLC systems willendure. Not only will the PLC system control the Front Arm, Back Arm, Trough Extension, but

it also will control the Skate. This key feature alone will increase running time and will reduceany unnecessary injuries from poor Skate operations.

AUXILIARY COMPONENTS

Custom Pipe Handlers is continuously looking to improve the Catwalk industry by building themost versatile Catwalk system coupled with CPH designed optional components that are easilyadded to your standard Catwalk to enhance your operational capability.

Explosion Proof : CPH has the ability to build and certify your Catwalk to meet the stringentrules of Atex Certification. This will include the Electric Motor and the Remote control.

Load & Go : When lifting with a Crane or utilizing a Winch truck there are serious dangers. The Load & Go can drastically reduce the injuries related to loading and unloading the Catwalks. Plus

the Load & Go will increase the ease and speed of shipping.

Hydraulic V-Door : Custom Pipe Handlers patented Hydraulic V-Door will allow you to trulyexperience the versatility of the Catwalk. If the Catwalk is on a 25Ft sub, and then moved to a 30Ft

sub, the CPH V-Door can hydraulically extend to reach the required height.

Hydraulic Winch : If requested, CPH can install an 8000lb Winch that can be placed at the back of the Catwalk, complete with an operation Valve Bank.

Hydraulic Gull Wings : CPH has designed our Catwalk to incorporate Hydraulic Gull Wings on both sides, if required. (DS and ODS).

Pipe Rack Tubular Indexers : Another great feature that has been incorporated into theCatwalk design. The greatness of this design is that it can work in unison with the above Gull

Wings. All desired Pipe Handling capabilities packaged into one simple design.

Catwalk Moving System : CPH has developed two different modes of moving the Catwalk whileworking on Pad Well. The first system is relatively simple, using a Track and Hillman Rollers that

are attached to the Catwalk frame. The second system, which is more rugged, is a Four Point

Wheeled system. The Wheels are attached to the Catwalk, and raised or lowered to operate with a

simple hydraulic system.

Leveling Jack : These are most commonly built within the frame of the Catwalk. CPH hasdesigned a Swing-Out Leveling Jack system that will add extra stability if needed.

Spare Parts : CPH has developed a Spare Parts List that will be shipped out with each newcatwalk. This Spare Parts List is Mandatory, and will be invoiced.

CPH Maintenance Program : Going forward CPH and the client must come to terms with amonthly schedule Catwalk Inspection by a CPH Technician. We believe that this program will

prolong the life of the Catwalk. The added feature is that our technician can train operators that

are new to the rig. We feel that this is a Pro-Active approach, and not reacting to a problem that

arises.
