The operation and control of the system and the visualisation of all operating parameters are performed via a user-friendly touchscreen. All recorded data can be stored on a long-term basis and exported via USB if required. The weekly or monthly generation of an operating log book takes place fully automatic. Presentation directly on the display is also possible.

connection technology!Double comb stable in the Steinfurt district for a piglet rearingThe stable with a size of 16 X 25 m2 is a double comb stable. It is conceived for approx. 1,000 piglets in respectively 8 bays of 125 animals.

The fresh air feed takes place via a feeding passage fan. The exhaust air is fed via a central exhaust air duct in which the 2 air-air heat exchangers with a performance of each 23 kW are integrated.

Pigs fattening stable with 1,600 places in the county of BentheimThe pigs fattening stable with 8 compartments of each 200 places are supplied with via a trapezoid fan ceiling with fresh air.

Among the 6 exhaust air ducts Ø 920 mm arranged in the central extraction, the two regulated exhaust air ducts are provided respectively with an air duct silencer. The noise reduction amounts to 12dB(A).

Single row comb stable in the Warendorf distric for 1,500 feed placesThe stable is subdivided in 5 compartments with the size of 10 x 25.8 m and offers per compartment space for 300 animals. The fresh air feed takes place via 9 ceiling inlets »ZED« 5000 by means of extension per compartment.

For the central extraction, 4 exhaust air ducts Ø 920 mm are used with fan, which are controlled per climate computer.

The airflow is optimally guided through the diffuser and intake nozzle. In the dif-fuser, the new contour with integrated support points provides for an even sim-pler assembly.

That transport-optimised vari-ant of the »AGROFLEX«® system: As half-pipe segments, the transportation volume of the pipes is reduced by more than 50%. The segments are »clipped« without additional duct clips or pipe clips by means of a PVC profile.
