I am an experienced HR professional who has gained extensive knowledge and skills working as an HR generalist up to and including at a senior level. I have extensive experienced in all areas of Employee Relations, Absence Management, Discipline and Grievance, Case Management, Recruitment, Redundancy, TUPE as well as HR Policy and Procedural matters. I have a proven track record in driving forward HR Strategy and improving service delivery, in line with changing demands and priorities. I am a positive, proactive and driven individual with solid practical experience in a demanding, high profile role and fast-paced environment. I currently manage the Central Services HR Operations Team and am a key contact for the field based HR Advisors. I am a confident and articulate communicator with the ability to perform to the highest standard in exceptionally pressurised working environments. HR Manager (formerly Senior HR Adviser), ENABLE Scotland (July 2008-Present) Providing advice on a wider range of HR issues to the Chief Executive, Executive and
Leadership teams, managers and employees across the organisation To actively manage and participate in ER case management. Advising and participating in TUPE transfer of staff (in and out) and restructuring
activities, including redundancy consultations. Reviewing, writing/updating and implementing policies in line with employment
