The project was extended and expanded (2004-2006) by the Lumina Foundation. The expansion included the creation of the Los Angeles Community College Urban Research Laboratory (LA-CCURL; $450,000). Also secured a 3 year contract to study the effects of financial aid for the Kamehameha Schools of Hawaii ($500,000- 2002-2005). My instructional duties include graduate level administration, curriculum, improvement of instruction, and statistics classes for students in the Educational Leadership program. In addition, directed the community college faculty and administrative strands of the educational leadership program as well as the community college certificate. Appointed the Director of the Orange County Community College Leadership Program in March 2000 including the direction of an Ed.D. off-campus program.
