Greetings from The English Car Program!
This career program is only for those who like to get their dream jobs and excel in
Career. 1. Five 5 career skills under 1 program, 2. Managerial Skills for Everyone, and 3. Career
Counseling (Career Crisis, dissatisfaction with career progress, no promotion for long time) – These
are the three programs of The English Car Career Program. Only 10 participants can join in a group.
The English Car runs a multi-skill based Spoken English Program! We support professionals to grow
in their career (public and private including corporate and development field organizations). Our
ONE program includes 1. Spoken English, 2. Communication Skills, 3. Technical and
Report writing Skills, 4. Interview Skills, and 5. Presentation Skills. and many other needs
based skills. Under ONE program, we provide all these services as Professionals cannot wait for long
time to learn all these skills one by one!
Good Career and Good Life are the major two objectives of this multi-skill based program.
It’s a 60 hours program, 05 hour sessions in two days of a week, needs exactly 12 weeks.
Professionals from different Corporate/national/international organizations like from Oxfam, ORBIS
international, Grameenphone, Bangla Cat, Save the Children International, brac, Extra
Communications, Ghashful Telefilms Limited, Wedevs, GSS, Students of BUET, Teachers and
Students of University of Dhaka have already participated in our courses. Who is not there? They
are university teachers (DU), Managers, Engineers, Architects, Journalists, Development leaders, and
smart career driven personalities.
I am Khaza, after graduating in B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from BUET; I have completed my higher
degree in population sciences with DU-UNFPA fellowship. I have been working 16 years as
Communication Specialist in International organizations The team members all are graduated from
BUET, University of Dhaka (IBA).

ভাল া সিসভর মূ কথা: প্রতি ৫০০ তিতির মধ্যে মাত্র ২০টি কল পেধ্ি োধ্র, বাতক ৪৮০টি কল োধ্ব না। আমাধ্ের অতিজ্ঞিা পেধ্ক পেধ্েতি আমাধ্ের ৯০-৯৫% চাকুতরপ্রােীরা তিতি পলোয় যত্ন তনধ্ি চান না। যারা তিতি বািাই কধ্রন, িারা অিেন্ত তবরক্ত হন অযত্ন অধ্বধ্হলায় তিতর তিতি পেেধ্ল। ে ুঃেজনক হধ্লও িতিে, ৯০-৯৮% অিেন্ত অযত্ন, অবধ্হলায় তিতি তিতর কধ্রন। কল োওয়ার উোয় – ১। আেনার তিতিটা আলাো হধ্ি হধ্ব, মধ্ন রােধ্বন, ৫০০ তিতির মধ্যে কমেধ্ে ৪৮০টি বাে েড়ধ্ব, আেনাধ্ক োকধ্ি হধ্ব ২০ জধ্নর মধ্যে। ২। তিতি পলো পমাধ্টই ডালিাি নয়, এটা আেনার িম্পধ্কে িব িেে তেধ্য় পেয় (আেতন মান ষটা পকমন, পিই িেে, কিটা careful অেবা কিটা careless. এবং পযধ্হি ৯০%-৯৫% তিতির বোোধ্র পকয়ারধ্লি, আেতন একট পকয়ারফ ল হধ্লই ইন্টারতিউধ্ি কল োধ্বন)। ৩। এক তিতি কেধ্না ে বার বেবহার করা যায় না। পকানতেনও এক তিতি ে জায়গায় োঠাধ্বন না। যরা যাক, ে ধ্টা পকাম্পাতনধ্ি মোধ্নজার, প্রডাকশন েধ্ে আধ্বেন করধ্িন, তিতি তকন্তু ে ধ্টা পকাম্পাতনর জনে এক হধ্ব না! কারণ, পকাম্পাতন আলাো, Job Description (JD) আলাো। অধ্নধ্কই পবাকার মধ্িা একই তিতি শুয ে জায়গায় না, ১০০ জায়গায় োঠায়, িারেধ্র কল না পেধ্য় পোষ পেয় অনে তকি র।ে ুঃতেি, এরকম পবাকার িংেোই ৯৫%! বাতক ৫% োতলমাধ্ঠ পগাল তেধ্য় যাধ্ে, এধ্কর ের এক চাকুতর োধ্ে। ৪। তিতি পলো শুরুর আধ্গ পযই েতজশধ্নর জনে আধ্বেন করধ্বন, িার Job Description (JD) বার বার েড়ধ্ি হধ্ব, ব ঝধ্ি হধ্ব ওরা কী চায়! পিটা ব ধ্ঝই তিতি তলেধ্ি হধ্ব। ৫। একটা মাস্টার তিতি কধ্র রােধ্বন। পিোধ্ন পেধ্ক যেন পযই েতজশধ্ন আর পযই অরগানাইজশধ্ন আধ্বেন করধ্বন, পিই পিই relevant তবষয়গুধ্লা উধ্েে করধ্বন। ৬। আেনাধ্ক আতম পযই তিতি ফরমোট তেতে, এটাধ্ক বধ্ল Result based/oriented CV. এটিই তবধ্ের আয তনক তিতি ফরমোট। আমাধ্ের তিতির প্রায় ৯৯.৯৯% হধ্ে Responsibility based CV, পযগুধ্লা অিেন্ত ে রাধ্না আমধ্লর তিতি এবং বহু আধ্গই িা বাতিল হধ্য় পগধ্ি। আিধ্ল আমরা ে ব িহজিাধ্ব Job Description (JD) পেধ্ক Responsibility কাট-পেস্ট কধ্র বিাধ্ি আরামধ্বায কতর। পযটা মারাত্মক ি ল। আজধ্কর তেধ্নর কধ্েোধ্রট/ধ্কাম্পাতন জানধ্ি চায়, ওইিব পরিেতিতবতলটি পিা পলোই োধ্ক, আেতন আিধ্ল কী অোতচি কধ্রধ্িন (ACHIEVEMENT), পকাম্পাতনধ্ি কী অবোন পরধ্ে এধ্িধ্িন! পযমন কধ্য়কতেন আধ্গ বাংলাধ্েধ্শর শীষে এক কধ্েোধ্রধ্ট তজএম েধ্ে আধ্বেন কধ্রধ্িন আমার এক ক্লাধ্য়ন্ট। তিতন আমার কাধ্ি তিতি পলোর জনে আিধ্লন। তকন্তু পকাোও অোতচিধ্মন্ট পনই। আলাে করধ্ি করধ্ি পবর করলাম, উতন অধ্েতলয়ার পযই পকাম্পাতনধ্ি জব করধ্িন, পিোধ্ন উতন ে ই বিধ্র Sales 20% increase কধ্রতিধ্লন এবং Total Delivery On Time কধ্রতিধ্লন,ধ্যটা আধ্গ তিধ্লা না! এই হধ্ে অোতচিধ্মন্ট। এবং উতন এেন পিই কধ্েোধ্রধ্টর তজএম েধ্ে জধ্য়নও কধ্রধ্িন! তলেধ্ি হধ্ব পিিাধ্বই!

৭। একটা োরাে তিতি পলো মাধ্ন তনধ্জধ্ক িীষণ পিাধ্টা করা। একটা তিতি – অন্তি তিন জায়গায় আেনাধ্ক পেেধ্ব – ক। তিতি িটিে ং এর িময়, ে। ইন্টারতিউধ্য়র পলাকজধ্নর হাধ্ি আেনার তিতি োকধ্ব, এবং গ। িোলাতর পনধ্গাতিধ্য়শধ্নর িময় িাধ্ের কাধ্িও আেনার তিতি োকধ্ব!

৯। একটা অযত্ন, অধ্বধ্হলা, কাটধ্েধ্স্টর তিতি তেধ্য় আেতন আিধ্ল কী কধ্রন? আেনার তিতি বাতিল হওয়াটাধ্ক ১০০% তনতিি কধ্রন।

১৪। তিটিি স্টোোধ্ডে UK English, আর আধ্মতরকান স্টোোধ্ডে USA English তলেধ্বন। (িোম্পধ্ল করা হয় তন,িা করা ে বই িহজ)। িব ে ুঁটিনাটিই বধ্ল তেলাম। তিতি তনধ্জ পলোর পচষ্টা করুন। প্রধ্ফশনালি তেধ্য় পলোধ্ি পগধ্ল অধ্নক টাকা েড়ধ্ব। একটা তিতি তলেধ্ি একজন প্রধ্ফশনাপলর ১/২ তেন পলধ্গ যায়।
