Experience in planning, management, implementation and monitoring of primary health care

programme, under the Re-orientation of Medical Education Scheme of the Govt. of India, i.e.

Immunization Services, Family Welfare Services, Primary eye care services, Health Education and

Nutrition Education, in 15 villages of Aligarh District (U.P.).

Worked as Programme Officer in community based survey for monitoring and evaluation of

Nutrition and Health related programmes in the project areas of Integrated Child Development

Services Scheme (ICDS), organised by the Ministry of Social Welfare, Govt. of India.

Part of a team for the training of Medical Officers and Para-medical workers under the ICDS

Coverage Evaluation Surveys of Maternal and Child Health Services in the districts of Uttar

Worked as Co-investigator for an Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) Project (Extended

Coverage Evaluation, Lameness and NNT Survey) in the districts of Shah Jahanpur and Rampur

Worked as investigator in the project, ―Epidemiological studies of Radiation Occupational Workers

and their families at Narora Atomic Power Plant, Narora, Dist. Bulandshar (U.P.) conducted by the

Govt. of India.

Experience in tabulation of data, analysis and report writing for surveys conducted under schemes

funded by UNICEF, I.C.M.R., I.C.D.S. and Director General, Health Services, Govt. of Uttar

Pradesh, (UIP Survey, Lameness Survey, Neo-natal tetanus survey, Diarrhoeal disease survey,

ICDS survey).

Worked as Area Medical Officer for implementation of National Pulse Polio Programme.
