POSITON : Drilling and workover rig supervisor in “Agip/ Agiba Petroleum Company” in onshore and offshore rigs from 2006 to 2013.Working as a consultant offshore drilling/workover supervisor in ARAMCO Company from 2013 till now.

Experience : 10 years experience as a drilling and workover supervisor in onshore and offshore rigs.

1. Attending drilling and workover activity on land rigs - Control safety on the rig.- Provide reporting for all well site operations, reporting and

investigation all incidents on time.- Planning and ordering all equipment required from the moment of

spud in to the time when the well is ready to be put on production.- Drilling exploratory and development wells up to 16000 ft. - Drilling side track wells from open and cased hole.

- Drilling horizontal and multilateral wells till 18,000 ft.- Running all different BHA for vertical, direction and horizontal wells.- Supervise and follow up all direction operations to reach the target.- Supervise running all different types casing.- Preparation and execution of all kinds of cementing programs:

Primary and secondary cementing of all casing and liners.Open and cased hole cement plugs.Remedial cement jobs.

- Setting 7" and 5" liner casing "Both Hydraulic and Mechanical techniques , rotating and non rotating types”.

- Supervision of unloading and testing oil wells.- Supervision of all kind of electrical line logging (open & cased hole)- Supervision of coil tubing operations.- Running different kinds of completion (Natural Flow & Artificial lift

completions )- Supervise coring operation and follow up all parameters in vertical

and deviated wells.- Supervise most types of fishing operations on drilling and work over

rigs.- Supervise all cement plug types (K.O.P cement plug – abandonment

plug – isolation plug) - Supervise and familiar with different mud system (spud mud – KCL

mud – glycol mud – ultra drill mud – oil base mud).- Supervise and familiar for running different wellhead types two

section, three sections and multistage wellhead (Cameron – vetco gray – wood group – FMC).

- Supervise all killing operations for all well types.- Evaluate qualitative cement bond log (CBL – VDL – USIT – CCL).- Supervise different types of perforation guns (TCP gun, casing gun –

tubing gun).- Supervise all slick line operations.- Supervise and follow the performance for well site contractor, time by

time follow the inspection of rig.

2. Attending drilling and workover activity on offshore rigs- Moving offshore rigs using supply boats for different platform.- Moving offshore rigs using ROV and GPS [ Positioning System ] with

supply boats for subsea wells and MLS [ Mud Line Suspension ].- Drilling exploration well without platform MLS [ mud line suspension ]

from the fisrt day of the spud till retrieve all of well heads and put corrosion caps.

- Drilling side track wells from open and cased hole.- Supervise different types of operations by coil tubing (wash and clean

through tubing – acid job – N2 lifting).- Supervise all different types of perforation guns (TCP gun, casing gun

– tubing gun).- Supervise all slick line operations.

- Testing and completion activity.- Worked as a night supervisor for Subsea project in red sea (Retrieve

Corrosion Cap ,Run Subsea Completion , Subsea Tree , Debris Cover , Tree Cap , Testing the well , put well on production ), Follow and supervise all subsea activity and diving operation, attend the modification of the jack up rig to work for a subsea project ( tensioning system for risers )

Other Experience : Attended the course “Drilling, Completion and Workover Supervisor

“in Italy for one year, took many different courses in all branches, attended different practical jobs in onshore and offshore rigs related to the drilling and workover.

Worked as a consultant offshore drilling/workover supervisor in ARAMCO Company from July 2013 till now:

Drilling different development offshore wells shallow/deep from jackup rigs with different trajectory (vertical-directional –horizontall-Multilateral wells).Drilling exploration wells MLS (mud line suspension) from A to Z starting from move the rig to retrieve MLS well head.Run different completions (normal completion, intelligent completion).Performing well testing and back flow for exploration and development wells.

Worked as consultant drilling supervisor in other Egyptian petroleum company (Vegas, Burg Elarab, Alamein)
