Use ORID Questions

• Objective questions – – What information is in the IIR?– What is not?

• Reflect– When looking at the information, what feelings are elicited?– Did you have an “AHA” moment?

• Interpret– What can the IIR tell you about the teaching practices in your

school?– What other information do you need?

• Decide– What now? Next steps?– How will you share the IIR with others?
