6. 20th December 2012 Meeting of curriculum preparation and policy for documents. In the chairmans of hipVC and prof. Panjab singh(Adviser).

7. 24th December 2012 Meeting on syllabus received from Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya vishwa Vidyalaya

8. 02nd January 2013 Letter were issued to all coordinator to send the details of literature used for preparation of policy documents.

9. 07th January 2013 Invitation for conference on “value and spirituality” and deal of final MOU at , world headquarter of PBIVV.

10. 09th January 2013 Approval of policy documents in “4th meeting of Academic council”

11. 24th January 2013 Notice for meeting on 30th Jan. 2013.

12. 28th January 2013 Signing MOU between Harrow & Dudley Colleges of UK with RKDF University Capacity Building and skill development programme. Under the programme there shall exchange programme for Student & Faculty members for a period of 3-6 months.

13. 30thJanuary 2013 Vice chancellor has ordered to constitute committees of subject experts from the available faculty of the university, experts from other renowned institution, field & industry with the coordination of their subject co-ordinator. Format of committee will be as follows:1.Four experts from the campus & three members from outside among of three one should be from academic side & other two will be from Industry side. 2.Each Committee will decide to organize the workshop for each subject & committee will inform for all expenses to the curriculum committee.3.Each Committee will arrange the soft copy of old curriculum and other references. 2.Prof. Ashish Dongre also ordered to constitute a committee for Ph. Instruction for further processing :-Step 1:- Coordinator and Co-Coordinator shall organize meeting of all committee member at their level to plan the line of action and required budget etc. by 06 Feb., 2013.Step2:- Committee will be expanded by proposing names of expert from academics, Industry, Field or from any other relevant area how may be of help to the university for said purpose. Finally the committee of 5 to 7 members which will involve identifying the expert seeking their consent and finally appointing them in the committee should in any case be executed by 15 Feb., 2013.Step 3:- Coordinator will schedule dates of workshop to be conducted for various subject insuring that there is no clash of dates especially for wants of experts.Steps 4:- During the workshop committee will finalize the curriculum branch wise and stream wise along with the proposed scheme of examination and shall submit the soft and hard copy of syllabus in a spiral binding and nicely titled and duly signed in project form.Steps 5:- During the process of preparing curriculum coordinator will ensure to keep the committee well-informed about incusing of various aspects of innovative syllabus us per the policy document prepared.Step 6:- Committee must ensure to include value and spiritually base syllabus in their curriculum and should also refer to syllabus of UPSC’s and GATE examination.
