Backwardness and Development’ held on 23-25 th March, 2011 at the Department of

Anthropology, University of Calcutta and presented a paper entitled ‘The voice of identity in the

mirror of development: an ethnographic account on an indigenous community, Purulia, West

Bengal’.

2. Participated in the UGC sponsored National Seminar on ‘Teachings and ideas of Swami

Vivekananda’ held on 11-12 April, 2012 at Vivekananda College for Women, Baisha and

presented a paper entitled ‘Education in the vision of Swami Vivekananda’.

Centre for Archaeological Studies and Training, Eastern India at Durgapur on 27 March, 2016

and presented a research article entitled “ Medinipur Jelar Sholashilpo Samasya O Sankat- Ekti

porjobekhan”

6. Participated in the 2nd Annual National Level Conference in History organized by the

Paschimbanga Anchalik Itihas O Loksanskriti Charcha Kendra in collaboration with Dep. Of

History, Surendranath College and Institute of Landscape Ecology and Ekistics on 2-3 April

2016 at Surendranath College and presented a paper entitled “Paschimbanger Malakar
