Do I need a building permit? Building permit requirements vary depending on which city, municipal area, orregional district you are in. MiniBuilt provides engineered architectural drawings to customers for a fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to apply for a building permit. Do you offer warranty? MiniBuilt provides a 5 year warranty on all workmanship and materials, provided gut-ters are installed and maintained. Otherwise, the warranty period is 2 years.What are your payment terms and options? MiniBuilt accepts cash, cheque, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Dis-cover, and e-transfer. Typically a 1/3 to 1/2 down payment is required with the balance due at delivery. Financ-ing options are available to most customers.How will you deliver the shed? MiniBuilt has fully outfitted over-sized delivery rigs and pilot cars to deliveryour fully assembled structure safely and efficiently. Our multi-function hydraulic trailer is able to maneuver into tight spaces. It is highly recommended that you send us pictures of the site to avoid additional delivery charges.What if my backyard is not accessible? Where the site does not allow truck and trailer access, we may beable to move the shed into place with our Mule shed forklift. Inaccessible backyards may require a crane to lift the structure over fences, hedges, and other structures. Worst case scenarios require assembling onsite.
