Shaikh College of Education organized cultural week for the teacher

trainees at Shaikh Campus recently. The traditional day marked the beginning

of the cultural week where the teacher trainees dressed in beautiful costumes

representing different states. The objective of the event was not only to give

cultural exposure but also the essence of dynamic team work, leadership

qualities, coordination and organizational skills to face up the real life

challenge ahead of them.

The event was inaugurated by Mrs. Indira Sutar, Principal, Shaikh

Colllege of Education. In her welcome speech she encouraged the students with

her warm and motivating words. She told the students that she would like

these cultural exchanges to become a regular feature at the Shaikh Campus.

The event of weeklong function included music, dances, food festival etc.

The event concluded with prize distribution ceremony to all the winners of

various activities. The event was coordinated by Mrs. Akshata.
