General Terms and Conditions1. The offer of the aforementioned privileges is available from 1 February 2017 to 28 February 2017, both days

inclusive (“Promotion Period”).2. The above privileges are subject to certain terms and conditions. Customer cannot enjoy any of the above

privileges in conjunction with any other promotion offers of the Bank.3. For each joint account, all the account holders of that joint account will collectively be considered as one

single account holder of the joint account for the above privileges. The Bank is entitled to deliver the above privileges to any one of the account holders of that joint account as the Bank may deem fit in its sole and absolute discretion and such delivery shall be conclusively deemed to have been made to and received by all the account holders of that joint account.

4. The Bank has the right to suspend, amend, vary and / or terminate all or any of the above privileges and / or the Specific and / or General Terms and Conditions herein or any part thereof from time to time and at any time without notice to or consent of any customer. The Bank’s decision and interpretation on all matters and / or disputes concerning or arising from any of the above privileges and / or the Specific and / or General Terms and Conditions herein or any part thereof (including without limitation all or any definitions herein) shall be final, conclusive and binding on all customers.

5. All deposit will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant account opening documentation.6. Time deposit interest rate is fixed by the Bank at the inception or renewal of the time deposit and will be

displayed at branch lobby of the Bank where the time deposit account is opened.7. If there is any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions hereof, the English version shall

prevail.

Specific Terms & Conditions1. Special Interest Rate (a) The aforementioned special interest rate is only applicable to customer who starts a new My Kid

Savings Plan with monthly deposit between HKD500 and HKD10,000 inclusive with designated tenor via any branches of OCBC Wing Hang Bank Limited (the “Bank”) during the “Promotion Period” (as defined in Clause 1 of the “General Terms and Conditions” below) (“Special Interest Rate Privileges”) with details as below:

(b) A customer can enjoy the Special Interest Rate Privileges once only, irrespective of the number of My Kid Savings Plan he / she may start during the Promotion Period.

(c) The aforementioned special interest rates are an illustration for reference only and it may be revised subject to prevailing market conditions. Please contact the branches of the Bank for details.

2. Optional Initial Deposit Customer can place the optional initial deposit (“Optional Initial Deposit”) to increase the total deposit

amount of his / her My Kid Savings Plan when he / she starts a My Kid Savings Plan with the Bank. The Optional Initial Deposit for any new My Kid Savings Plan made during the Promotion Period for the entitlement of Special Interest Rate Privileges should not be less than the monthly deposit with a maximum of HKD100,000.

3. Additional Deposit to My Kid Savings Plan During Lunar New Year Customer can increase the total deposit amount of his / her My Kid Savings Plan by placing additional

deposit via any branches of the Bank within 1 month from the 4th day of each Lunar New Year (“Additional Deposit”). The Additional Deposit per annum should not be less than the monthly deposit with a maximum of HKD20,000 or 5 times of the monthly deposit, whichever is lower.
