Culinary Services at Houston’s First Baptist Church can provide a wide range of services for your event at a wide range of price levels. From an intimate meeting with coffee and cookies to a seated dinner with 300 of your closest friends, getting white glove service to a cooking class with ice carving instruction. We have several standard menus available and can also customize a menu to meet your needs. We look forward to serving you in the near future.

Paul Sofka, our Executive Chef, is a graduate of the Conrad Hilton College of Restaurant Management (University of Houston) and of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He has served as a corporate chef for both “Pappas” and “Landry’s” restaurants in Houston, Texas. He looks forward to assisting you in planning a special event to fit your tastes and your budget.
