Manual Pipette Calibration

System- (MPS) integrates Cubis®

premium lab balances developed for high-precision gravimetric testing in highly regulated sectors. The embedded sensor constantly monitors the humidity inside the vapour trap. The dedicated climate control tower constantly monitors the temperature, -humidity and barometric pressure in the surrounding lab enviroment.

Any -nonconformance with the predefined

-climate requirements will instantly trigger a

MPS speeds up your pipette

calibration workflow. How? By keeping the humidity inside the weighing chamber constant. In between pipetting steps, the motion-controlled draft shield sliding door on the evaporation trap lid opens and closes automatically. The humidity level is safely maintained within the weighing chamber. As a result, you can perform the next measurement instantly, saving you 30% of valuable time.

In addition, data measured by the climate

control tower are digitally transferred

directly to your calibration software,

further enhancing the efficiency of your

modules for calibration of single-channel pipettes with a nominal volume of: – Pipettes from 1 µL up to 10 µL

(weighing capacity: 6.1 g; readability: 0.001 mg) – Pipettes from 10 µL up to 100 µL

(weighing capacity: 100 g; readability: 0.01 mg).
