Ingredients

Fair Trade rice

Water Eggs Oil

Tomato

salt

When the oil is hot add the rice, and stir.

Stir and put salt

Take another pan, fill it with water and leave to boil.

The water is boiling

Put in the rice and the salt. DONT STIR!

Lift the temperature (keep at the same temperature for 5 minutes). Leave in the same temperature for 5 minutes.

When this time is finished, lower heat and keep 10 minutes.After 10 minutes, lower the temperature to just above the minimum.

Turn off the heat and ( leave the rice covered with a cloth 5 minutes so ).

Put the rice in another pan.

When the oil is hot pour in the egg.

Add a pinch of salt and remove from heat.

Put the rice and tomato into the plate.
