Cuban education system are one of the highest ranked systems in the world…..
The Overview of the education system: Irrespective of income or place of living,
education at every level is free School uniforms and meals are free Many schools open at 6:30 am and close after
12 hours, providing free morning and after school care for working parents with no extended family
Mobile teachers are employed to homes if children are unable to come to school
Over half of the teachers employed in Cuba have masters degree
There are now 23 medical schools in Cuba up from only three before the Cuban revolutionCuban Education

So what’s the Cuban revolution or the Cuban literacy campaign? And what did it do to the literacy rates of Cuba???

Education in Cuba can be divided into two main stages: School education in Cuba: Students between the ages of 6 and 16,
have to compulsorily attend school. There are colored school uniforms to
mark every grade. The duration of primary education is 6
years. Secondary education has 2 parts, which are basic and pre-university secondary education.

Higher Education in Cuba: The oldest university of Cuba is the
University of Havana. There are other 47 universities, where
one can pursue higher studies.

A high level of attention to teachers Low-cost materials of high quality Non-discriminatory in its offerings, especially
for rural and special needs students A teacher to student ratio around 1 to 13What was the feedback
given by the World bank when the toured the Cuban schools?
