INSPECTIONS
Inspections delivered by CTC check the complete conformity ofproducts at all production stages.
PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTIONSUndertaken in accordance with the ANSI/ASQ Z 1.4-2003 standardMIL (STD 105 D), these inspections assure the quality of the productsas they leave the factory, including the packaging, the type andlabeling of the boxes.
IN-LINE INSPECTIONSConducted at approximately 20% of production to verify productionaccording to client specifications, they allow the factory to makeimprovements before production is completed.
LOADING INSPECTIONSThese inspections check that each container is correctly loaded priorto its transfer to the cargo ship and they provide the necessaryinformation concerning the shipping.
AUDITS
CTC international team of experts reassures the clients about thesourcing and provides an objective evaluation of suppliers.
FACTORY AUDITSThey evaluate the supplier performance by auditing theorganisation and quality infrastructure, the manufacturing process,the industrial tooling as well as the compliance and safety of theproducts.
SOCIAL AUDITSSocial audits allow factories to be vetted for their compliance withthe labour regulations and “codes of good practice” in the principalsourcing areas.
International sourcing is not without risks: CTC offers globalsolutions to evaluate the quality of the products, to securesupplies and to be pro-active with regard to ethical practices.>
