中国学生学者联谊会(CSSA)简介

CSSA Brief Introduction

CSSA 组织概况 堪培拉中国学生学者联谊会 The Chinese Student and Scholar Association in Canberra (简称 CSSA)受中国驻澳大使馆以及澳洲国立大学支持，是一个非营利性的澳洲华人组织。会员

包括在澳的中国留学生，海外华人华侨以及对中国文化感兴趣的外国朋友们。

CSSA 成立于上世纪八十年代，以宣传中华文化，促进中外交流，为旅澳中国留学生谋福利

为宗旨。仅在 2005 年 1 月到 2007 年 2 月间登记注册的会员已达 700 余人，目前已成为 ANU学生团体以及堪培拉地区的华人组织中最具有影响力的华人社团之一。中国学生学者联谊会

的目标是在团结堪培拉的中国学生学者，帮助大家适应学校的生活和新的文化环境，并提供

给大家相互交流的环境和机会。

CSSA 定期举行宣扬中华文化和娱乐华人的大型活动比如中国之夜，东方神韵晚会，体育节，

多元文化节等等。并根据会员要求，不定期举办小型娱乐活动比如野营，滑雪，聚餐等，以

丰富学生生活，促进海外华人，澳洲朋友的沟通交流，增进会员友谊。

Organization in Brief The Chinese Student and Scholar Association in Canberra（CSSA）, which is supported by Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Australia and Australian National University, is a non-profit Chinese organization. Our organization members include Chinese students, Chinese scholars, Chinese immigrants, and foreigner friends who are interested in Chinese Culture. CSSA was founded in 1980s, aiming at propagandizing Chinese Culture, promoting communication and understanding between China and other Nations (mainly Australia here) and benefiting Chinese people in Australia. With a member’s population of over 500, it has become one of the largest Chinese Organization in Australian National University and Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. CSSA organizes large formal events such as China night, Oriental Myth, Sport Festival, Multicultural Festival periodically for propagating Chinese Culture and entertaining Chinese people. It also arranges small social activities such as camping, ski, free dinner, party aperiodicity according to members' requirement in order to enhance Chinese people's communication and friendships between members.

---堪培拉中国学生学者联谊会奥运志愿者集体报名活动

2008 年北京奥运会赛会志愿者招募工作在去年的 8 月 28 日已经启动,而海外志愿者的报名

工作也即将在今年 3月开始进行。作为本地唯一的华人学生组织，堪培拉学生学者联谊会将

积极响应祖国的号召，在今年三月里在全堪培拉范围内开展名为“情牵奥运，心系中国”的

2008 年北京奥运会志愿者报名活动，为期一个月，意在团结本地华人留学生的力量，向祖

国表达我们对北京奥运会的高度关注与热情；并希望能通过本次活动为有志于参与北京奥运

会的中国留学生达成愿望，届时为奥运会输送一批优秀的志愿者。我们将在堪培拉华人学生

较为集中的各大教育机构开展宣传与报名工作，除报名之外，参与活动者还能在我们精心制

作的签名纪念册上签名留念以表达希望为祖国奥运事业出一份力的美好意愿。本次宣传活动

的所有资料将由堪培拉中国学生学者联谊会直接递交于北京奥委会。我们欢迎中国留们学生

以及各国关心北京奥运会的朋友参与到我们的活动中来，为北京奥运会献一份心。我们这次

的活动获得了中国驻澳大利亚大使馆的大力支持，2 月 28 日由傅莹大使亲自第一个在我们

的签名横幅上签名，为我们启动本次的活动，同时由朱小玉公参为我们的签名册题名。

活动进程： 2 月 26 日 联系媒体，向堪培拉中国留学生发起倡议，同时开设专题主页，全

程记载本次活动。

2 月 28 日 活动启动仪式。 傅莹大使作为特别嘉宾出席，并在横幅与贵宾签名

册上签名，正式启动本次活动；朱小玉公参在贵宾签名册上签名并

为报名签名册题名。

3 月 9, 12, 14 日 分别在 Lake Tuggrunong College, Hawker College, Nerrebundah College 以及 UC 开展图片宣传和报名活动。

3 月 22 日 在 ANU 开展图片宣传和报名活动。

3 月 24-25 日 堪培拉中国学联 2007 年体育节开始。

3 月 31 日 体育节决赛及报名活动结束仪式，会员 BBQ 。

Group Sign-up as Volunteers for Beijing Olympics with CSSA in Canberra

The CSSA in Canberra is promoting the volunteer sign-up for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, and the event is greatly supported by the Embassy of People’s Republic of China in Canberra. On 28th Feb, the former Chinese Ambassador Her Excellency Mdm FU Ying officiates the grand opening of the one-month long event, which includes road show in colleges and universities in Canberra, Olympic photography exhibition in the ANU, collection of supporters’ signatures, and concludes with an exciting sports festival. The CSSA will follow up with all the potential volunteers and server as a liaison body and the only representative (to be confirmed) for the Volunteer Recruitment Committee of Beijing Olympics in Australia.

国。她希望广大学生学者招募高效率的志

愿者,为北京奥运提供良好服务。傅莹 说,

中澳两国的教育交流发展很快。现在,中

国在澳留学生已达 9.1 万人,占中国在海

外留学生的 9%。她说,中国大使馆十分关

这是一场别开生面的大型留学人员春节联欢晚会。该活动由堪培拉中国留学生学者联谊会和

中国大使馆共同主持，节目内容有留学生风采、“天津华夏未来少儿艺术团”的精彩演出、

幸运抽奖、吃团圆饺子等。

堪培拉中国留学生学者联谊会发起的以“情牵奥运，心系中国”为主题的 2008 年北京奥运

会志愿者报名活动拉开了联欢晚会 的序幕。傅莹大使作为特别嘉宾为该活动进行了剪彩。

在讲话中， 傅莹大使赞扬了广大留澳学子

“ 身 在 海 外、心系祖国”的赤子情怀。她

说，我们的 留学生虽然远离 祖国，但是他们

的心依然时 刻与祖国紧紧连在一起，他们关

注祖国日新

月 异 的 变 化，他们为祖国的进步而自豪。

堪培拉中国 留学生学者联谊会举办的这次北

京 奥 运 志 愿者报名活动，反映了广大在澳

留学生的共 同心愿---他们希望将对祖国的

深深眷恋化作支持 2008 年北京奥运会的实际行动。在此，我谨代表中国驻澳大利亚 大使馆

预祝这项活动取得圆满成功。

傅莹大使指出，目前中国在海外的 100 万留学生中有 9.1 万在澳大利亚，占全世界中国留学

生的 9%。中国大使馆非常重视我们每一位在澳留学生的安全，使馆教育处为此作了大量有

成效的工作。我们的目的只有一个，那就是希望大家平平安安，顺利、圆满完成学业。

傅莹大使还指出，目前我在澳留学生选择专业过于集中，80%以上都在学习经济、商贸和会

计。傅莹大使希望大家选专业时不要盲目跟随潮流，要选择对自己来说更有发展前途的、具

有澳大利亚优势又为国内所急 需的专业。

傅莹大使借此机会向在澳广大 留 学 人 员 拜

年，祝大家猪年吉祥，健康平安， 学业进步，万

事如意！

这次活动的另一个不同寻常之 处在于，这是

傅莹大使主持的最后一场大型 活动。傅莹大

使在澳大利亚的任期即将圆满 结束。为中澳

关系的发展呕心沥血、不辞辛苦 的 傅莹大使

即将踏上回国的旅途，堪培拉中 国留学生联谊

会齐声合唱的一首《远航》表达了广大留澳学子对傅莹大使驶向新的航程的由衷祝福和恋恋

生学者联谊会（CSSA）发起的奥运志愿者活动作为其最令人瞩目的一个环节就在主持人宣布

联欢会开始后拉开了正式的启动仪式。

启动仪式从堪培拉中国学生学者联谊会（CSSA）的主席于长斌同学的发言开始，由他简单介

绍了此次奥运志愿活动的背景，发起，意义，以及以后的活动进程。接下来在剧烈的闪光灯

下，于长斌主席请出了 此次启动仪式的特

别嘉宾中国驻澳大使傅 莹为此次活动剪彩，

傅莹大使为此次活动做 了亲笔签名和致辞，

在致辞中，大使亲切的 表示了对所有在澳

留学生的关心，并且肯 定了此次奥运志愿

者活动代表了留澳学生 们身在异国依然心

系祖国的情谊和热心， 同时给予了这个活

动很大的支持和鼓励。 为表示衷心的感谢

和诚挚的祝福，于长斌 主席在大使致辞完

毕后特别代表 CSSA 成员和所有的留学生赠给了大使一份学联精心准备的小礼物---一张堪

大使重逢在 08 北京奥运。在接受了这份特别的礼物后，傅莹大使最后与堪培拉中国学生学

3 月 9-14 日 UC 及 College 活动

堪培拉中国学生学者联谊会分别在 Lake Tuggrunong College, Hawker College, Nerrebundah College 以 及 University of Canberra开展了 2008北京奥运志愿者报名和宣

传活动，同时现场也展出了一些相关的奥运图

片，以展示北京在迎接奥运到来期间的风采。我

们的活动得到了广大学生老师的热切响应与支

持，有来自不同国家的同学甚至老师前来报名，

并为表示支持 08 年北京奥运在我们精心准备的

横幅及签名册上签名。活动期间仅新加会员就达

81 人，收到报名申请 63 份。

3 月 22 日 ANU 活动 3 月 22 日，堪培拉中国学生学者联谊会将在澳大利亚国立大学（ANU）展开 2008 北京奥运

志愿者报名和宣传活动，邀请所以有志成为奥运志愿者的人士前来报名，为支持奥运在我们

精心准备的横幅及签名册上签名。同时现场将展出大量相关的奥运图片，图片展将向人们展

示北京市容、奥运赛场等景象，让观看者了解北京为奥运所做的准备，它即将以全新的面貌

迎接奥运、迎接全世界的游客。

Road Show for Promoting the Beijing Olympics 2008 From 9th to 14th of March, the CSSA in Canberra ran the road show for promoting the volunteers sign-up for the 2008 Beijing Olympics at Lake Tuggrunong College, Hawker College, Nerrebundah College and the University of Canberra. There were Olympic photography exhibitions during the road show, aiming to inform the Canberrans about Beijing Olympics 2008. At the same time, CSSA invited all people who are willing to be volunteers for the Beijing Olympics to register their interest and collected signatures as a mean of showing their support to the Beijing Olympics 2008. The event drew a great interest from the students and teachers, and the CSSA has received up to 63 expression of interest to be volunteers and welcomed 81 new members. Up coming on 22nd March, CSSA will hold the grand road show for promoting the Beijing Olympics 2008 at the Australian National University.

CSSA 体育节 2007

3 月入秋，CSSA 又将举行一年一度体育节活动（Sports Festival）。体育节是 CSSA 的传统活

动，旨在倡导广大学生积极参加体育活动，丰富生活，强身健体。体育节举办多年以来，不

仅有中国留学生热情参与，更是得到了各国留学生及本地学生的支持。本次的体育节有足球、

篮球、乒乓球和羽毛球等比赛，种类多样。体育比赛不但能为参与者们提供了切磋技艺的平

台，同时也可以促进各国学生互相了解，建立友好关系。

与此同时，中国奥委会的奥运志愿者招募活动正在进行中，CSSA 将借助运动会比赛期间广

大学生运动热情高涨的有利形势同时组织海外学生的奥运志愿者签名活动，宣传爱国主义精

神，向祖国表达海外莘莘学子高度关注北京奥运会以及热切渴望参与其中的心情，更希望能

为真正有意成为奥运志愿者的同学提供途径。

CSSA Sports Festival 2007

It is an annual sports event initiated and organized by the CSSA in Canberra. It is one of the biggest sports event organized by the students and for the students in Canberra. Last year, we saw a crowd of over 240 sportsmen and sportswomen competed in 2 days in four games: Soccer, Basketball, Badminton and Table Tennis. This year we extend it to a 3-days event to try out best to accommodate every entry. The CSSA also offers a recreational games day in the second half of the year.
