For the disinfection and cleaning of instruments.Particularly appropriate for thermolabiledevices, which cannot be autoclaved, e.g. flexi-ble endoscopes and anaesthetic equipment.

Application/area of use

Place instruments in Sekusept® Plus solutionimmediately after use. Ensure instruments arecompletely immersed and the solution has con-tact with all channels and surfaces. Removeinstruments after relevant contact time (seetable) and rinse with water of at least drinkingwater quality (ideally with sterile, distilled ordemineralised water).

Unused solution: stable for 14 days (in coveredinstrument bath).Used solution: the used solution should befreshly prepared daily.

Material changes in polycarbonate, polysulfoneand acrylic glass following extended use cannotbe ruled out. However, they may be minimisedby thorough rinsing after each use.Not suitable for instruments made of silicone.

When reprocessing flexible endoscopes it isrecommended to rinse the endoscope throughlyafter the disinfection and pre-cleaning step toavoid cross-reactions with other products.Not compatible with aldehyde products.
