Service. I made customers happy by going above and beyond the call of duty so they would return to the

I worked in other departments when I was needed and I also helped new trainees when needed. Worked with

jewelry. Being flexible gave me opportunity to learn other departments.

InterestsBecause I have a grand total of 18 years in Jewelry sales and Retail Sales, I have become interested in

becoming a Supervisor or Manager. In my 18 years service to Bon-Ton, I have learned a lot about what

working in Retail Sales entails. The most important thing to remember about Retail is to respect the customer

at all times. I worked in the Jewelry Department for 6 years and then continued to work with jewelry after

the 6 years, so I actually have more than 6 years working with jewelry. Some of my hobbies is reading the

Bible and having devotions with God. I found that reading the Bible has really helped me not be as frustrated

and it has taught me patience. In my opinion, the Bible would be effective for any job. I am also interested in

Jewelry Sales and would consider it an honor and privilege to be able to work for a company and show them

what I have learned in my 18 years grand total in Retail and Jewelry Sales. I have four references and they are
