To meet the requirement set in no.2 of article 165 of the Public Contracts Code; and

Total Equity of, at least, €10 million of the candidate or of 2 members, maximum, of the grouping, or

a net asset or assets under management of, at least, €20 million of the candidate or of 2 members, maximum, of the grouping, or

submission of a declaration from a financial institution, binding itself to provide all financial means or, being the candidate a grouping, one of the members must be a financial institution.
