    The as-yet-unnamed italktravelcruise site will o er a rangeof product including packagessourced from the exis ngproven and successful ExpressCruises o ering, accordingto Independent Travel Groupexecu ve gm Ari Magou s.

    The move was revealed on theweekend at the IndependentTravel Group conference inHawaii, which for the rst mesaw the 27 members of the

    italktravel brand gather togetherwith several hundred members ofthe Independent Travel Group.

    Magou s told CW the ini a vewould provide a further channelfor cruise lines to o er last-minute inventory via the group,alongside exis ng productpackaged by Fred SparksmansCruise Marke ng Group.

    Partner Membership Programhas been rolled out by CLIA,with individual ers aimed atencouraging more businesses inthe cruise value chain to join up.

    The revised membershipscheme will take e ect next year.

    Four new categories have beenintroduced to classify Execu vePartners as Ports & Des na ons,Technical & Supply ChainProviders, Travel Operators, andBusiness Service Providers.

    In addi on, the current systemlis ng members on geographywill be replaced with Silver, Gold& Diamond membership levels.

    According to CLIA, the Silvermembership level is designedas an entry-level membershipfor smaller markets in Europe,Australasia & emerging markets.
