Today we are loading the cars and heading to Watson’s Bay. Before eating our lunch underneath the shelter of one of the many beautiful trees We will head down to the water for a dip and make sandcastles on the sand. Swimming costume required

We love Blaxland Riverside Park. Due to the super hot weather we didn’t get to enjoy this park during the summer holidays so we are so excited to come back this time to explore this amazing water play park! Please pack swimmers and a towel.

Pack your swimmers, goggles, towel and sunscreen, today we are going swimming. Here at SAFC we love Drummoyne Pool. Here you can choose the 50m lap pool to practice your best breaststroke or the smaller paddle pool to cool down on a hot summer day.

We will celebrating this beautiful hot season with the creation of some amazing summer-inspired art and craft. We will also sample some delicious summer fruits with some freshly prepared fruit skewers.

There is nothing cooler right now than succulents! Today we are going to create our very own succulent pot to take home and decorate our bedroom. If you have an awesome idea for a pot (eg. Teacups, mason jars etc) feel free to bring it in.

If you’re looking for a relaxing day out with good company then look no further. Today we are heading to Lake Parramatta. Here we will enjoy lunch picnic style. We will hire 4 seater pedal boats and pedal around the lake with our friends. Please pack spare clothes
There is so much to do at the beautiful Botanic Gardens. Feel the calming effect of the Japanese gardens, get lost in the hedge maze, have a chat to a wallaby or play all day on the Equal Access Playground. Pack your lunch and lets go explore.
It’s as easy as stepping stone for some, for others it is a huge challenge to get to the other side. Can you make it? Today is about having fun, come bounce with is us and enjoy lunch at a local park. All Children must wear socks whilst at the venue.
Come join us at little Dynamos! It has tunnels, climbs, tree houses, a flying fox, mazes, bridge climbs and amazing slides! And to top it off a foam ball arena has air cannons, targets, ball fountains and vacuums and thousands of foam ballsAll Children must wear socks whilst at the venue

Today at EPIK we will be cooking up a storm. Not only will we be creating some delicious treats to share with our EPIK friends but we will be working on lots of different skills. Turn-taking, fine motor skills, kitchen hygiene and choice making.
Bowling is a great interactive way to get revved up for the school holidays! Join the SAFC bowling team and see who gets the highest score. To top off the day we will be going to Blair park for lunch just before home time.

Cabarita is one of our favourite parks! We will pack up the cars and head to the amazing playground at Cabarita Park for a play and some lunch. For those who would like we can go for a walk around the water before heading back to The Cottage

GRADUATION DAY
January holiday program marks the end of Group Program for a number of our amazing children! They have hit the 18 year old milestone and we wanted to celebrate the occasion!
Today in celebration we will be having a Graduation Ceremony followed by a huge party. We will be heading to Wangal Park* for a delicious BBQ, full of awesome play equipment, water play activities, a basketball court and heap of room to burn energy.
*option to have a centre based day and skip Wangal Park is on the booking form.

Cost: As per the NSW NDIS Price Guide. Activity costs are additional.
Payment: Once you have received your invoice, you can elect to pay the activity fee via EFT or credit card. On payment, confirmation of your booking will be generated along with your receipt. Please be aware that SAFC cannot deduct the activity fee from your NDIS package.
Location: Please drop off at the Cottage; 6 King Edward Street or Mary’s Place; 8 King Edward Street per specification on booking confirmation.
Medication: All medication must be provided in a Webster Pack. Failure to do so, will affect attendance on the day.
