• People are always searching for new ways to solve problems. And asking everyone around for help so they can get refreshing ideas in achieving their tasks. Therefore they developed the concept of outsourcing in something new that Jeff Howe named crowdsourcing.

• crowdsourcing is the fact of delegating a task that is usually made by an employee and outsourcing it to a large group .The fundamental condition is the use of the Internet and the social media tools and site and engage the large network of potential laborers.

Negative point:

In crowdsourcing you can always find non-experts, hobbyists and hackers, and u can never make sure if you’re dealing with a professional or no.

In crowdsourcing there is always the fear of being sued because you can never tell if the project is riped-offs of another company.

In crowdsourcing if the crowd is not qualified you will go to get plenty of uninspired junk

If the crowd is not mixed of people you may lay on one mane option only

In crowdsourcing you cannot trust the people that you’re working with because you cannot establish employment relationships especially if each part is in a country and the only contact is by internet
