Dress Code◦ Practice Attire: You will be required to wear black shorts, gray wolf

shirt, and athletic shoes (Online store- open the 1st-7th each month). All orders placed this month will be ready to pick up at registration in the Fall. NO jewelry can be worn. Please keep all

items in your locker.◦ Game Attire: You will need to wear your issued uniform and

athletic shoes.◦ Game Day Attire: On game days, athletes will be required to wear

team shirts and jeans throughout the school day.

PhysicalsStudent Physicals:

Cross Timbers Athletics will offer the opportunity for Physicals @ school to all 6-8 grade students on May 28th. Physicals will be given during each students athletic/PE class period. The cost is $25 and the athlete needs to bring the UIL Physical Form.

Athletes MUST have a current physical dated AFTER April 15, 2015 in order to participate in athletics next year. Payment options are cash, checks payable to: Dr. Jennifer Choate, or by Paypal: jenn_c2001@yahoo.com.

Important Volleyball Dates • 7th Grade: Try-outs will begin at 6:30a.m. on 8/25- 8/28

• 8th Grade: Try-outs will end at 5:00 p.m. from 8/25-8/27

• Volleyball Parent meeting Monday, August 31st from 6:30-7:00p.m.

7th Grade: After try-outs, practices will begin at 6:45-8:45a.m. We will rotate practice times by teams. There will NOT be practice before school on game days (Thursday).

8th Grade: The first two weeks of practice will be from 2:45-5:00. Once the season has started, practices will be from 2:45-4:30p.m.

The scrimmage will be on Thursday, September 3rd @ 5:00p.m. The first game will be on Thursday, September 10th @ 5:00p.m.

*all players must attend the 11 practices to be eligible to play in the first game(UIL)
