Who is Callum Best?

• Callum Best is a melon headed chap who is well known for being famous.

• He is also the son of celebrated drunk George Best.

• He is having trouble keeping track of his slags.

What is CRM?

• An acronym for customer (or client) relationship management.

• It is a way of keeping track of lapsed clients, current clients and potential clients.

• Working as a media sales exec I had a traffic light system. Green for booked business, yellow for a prospect and red for will not book.

• Good CRM results in better customer service by allowing relationships to develop.

Callum’s scrubbers are slipping away, he needs a CRM plan quick!

• Callum should follow my media sales CRM plan to keep track of all the slags he is putting down.

• He should build an excel sheet and log every bird he knows or knows of.

• In it he should record where he last saw them (so he knows where they are likely to be if he needs to make a booty call), what they last said to him (so he can pretend to be interested in their life) and the best way to contact them, Twitter, Facebook or just wait outside their front door.

• Callum needs to make sure there is also a comments box so he can remind himself if it’s worth going back for more.

• He should colour code every bint on the list - red for no go, yellow for working on it and green for been there got the STD.
