The Star is equipped with Crimson Fires exclusive

Tor-MaxTM and Tri-MaxTM body structure, and then set

on the industrys first Vibra-TorqTM Mounting System.

At times traditional pumpers have a wheelbase in excess of 200. Imagine eliminating the traditional

pumphouse in the center of the vehicle, reducing your wheelbase down to 168, and increasing storage

capacity. Then combine that with Spartan Chassiss 55 degree cramp angle on the IFS suspension.

A traditional 44 pumphouse occupies 163 cubic feet of space on a fire truck. Thats equivalent

to 972 gallons of water. The TransformerTM pumphouse only occupies 33 cubic feet giving

you 130 cubic feet more storage.
