Executed customer quality improvement project with single largest customer.  Resulted in multi-million dollar savings and revenue increase of more than $3 million for customer, strengthening the partnership. Project granted CEO’s Award for Excellence.

Led 3 major Kaizen Events (events yielding $1 million in savings or more) and more than 5 minor Kaizen Events. Led a Lean Deployment Team at the Wichita, KS facility for three months to transform an entire product line for highest margin model.  Yielded a cycle time reduction from 6.5 days to 4 days, thus increasing annual capacity by 20 aircraft, or more than $80 million operating profit.
