The one and only question on them
• In 1921 there was after a match between Dick Kerr and St Helen's at Goodison Park, Everton. Although only 40,000 people could be accommodated in the stadium but due to the publicity surrounding the match on that particular day, there were 53,000. This was found by the organizers to be distasteful. The match and all such matches were banned. A rebel organization was formed as a result of this and they set up their own championships. The first ever winner was Stoke (they beat Doncaster). The ban was lifted in 1971. Name the organization.
