•Oct 29-Nov 29: Final reviews, 4 week estimate– University and TBR-concurrent review, 1-2 week estimate– State Fire Marshal submittal, 3-4 week estimate– Local code enforcement, 2-3 week estimate

•Selective Demolition with oversight by the University is tentatively set to begin on or before October 5th

– Demolition scope will remain as part of construction document package and note for the bidders to evaluate conditions during prebid conference
