WHAT IS Creativity
Creativity is a mental process involving the generation of
new ideas or concepts, or new associations of the
creative mind between existing ideas or concepts. Creativity is defined as the production of new and useful ideas
concerning products, services, processes and procedures by
individuals or small groups of persons working together.
An alternative conception of creativity is that it is simply
the act of making something new.

Why creativity & innovation
The highly competitive nature of
todays business needs creative
and innovative ideas for dominant
success. Although good service is
the essence of a successful
business (in long term), novel
ideas are jumping advancements;
thus, a company has no chance to
win this competitive game in the
absence of creativity and
innovation.

Two types of innovation
Incremental Innovation:
Incremental innovation is generally exploiting existing ideas , like
Pentium Dual Core shows and incremental on Pentium IV.
Radical Innovation:
Radical Innovation is like finding a commodity , something new to
world like the transistors , these generally require R&D and take a lot
of time.

Can you improve your
creativity? Yes! How?
Gather as much informationas you can (read, talk withexperts, etc.) and brainstorm.Just think about the problemor issue until an idea comesto you. Is the solutionreasonable? If so, try it. If not, keep thinking. If you tried outan idea, did it work? If so,great! If not, begin theprocess over again. Do notput barriers on your mind. Putthese steps to use.
