WHAT IS Creativity

Creativity is a mental process involving the generation of

new ideas or concepts, or new associations of the

creative mind between existing ideas or concepts. Creativity is defined as the production of new and useful ideas

concerning products, services, processes and procedures by

individuals or small groups of persons working together.

An alternative conception of creativity is that it is simply

the act of making something new.

Innovation is about creating value andincreasing efficiency, and therefore growingyour business.

Innovation is introduction of a new idea into themarketplace in the form of a new product orservice, or an improvement in organization orprocess.

TATA created a revolution with the Nano , theworlds cheapest car.

Mahindra and Mahindra, which was mostly known

only for tractors , had to come up with the Scorpioand Scooter that changed the way people looked at

M & M.
