He got relieved as the ManagingDirector – Commercial of the reputed Saud Bhawan Group in the year May2012. This company is well versed in various industrial sectors such asAutomotive, Allied Business, Heavy Vehicles, Construction Equipment, Oil &Gas, Turnkey Project and much more since 40 years.

V. Prasath is a skilled Mechanical Engineer possessing more than 15 years ofTechnical Expertise. He had worked in India and South East countrieshandling plenty of Electro-Mechanical projects. Apart from this, he had alsoserved Saud Bahwan Group as an efficient Project Manager. Later hereturned to India to commence business.Coming from a village-background family, he had proved to be the mostenergetic and dynamic leader with the positive mentality. Most importantlyhis dedication in starting the business in India is highlighted when hepersonally influenced his work at Muscat.

PROGRESS REPORTS

DPR- Preparation and submission of Daily progress report to client with comparingthe Daily Plan vs. Actual works, with daily trade wise manpower and list of equipmentavailable for work.

WPR- Preparation and submission of Weekly progress report to client with comparingthe weekly planned versus Actual quantity completion and comparing the schedulemanpower versus actual manpower.

MPR- Preparation and submission of Monthly progress reports to client with Comparingthe Baseline schedule with the Actual progress, schedules material delivery status,Scheduled cash flow versus Actual Cash flow, Billing plan, site progress photographcomparisons and Milestone status.


CATCH UP PLAN

Identifying the Backlogs in Material delivery or Execution delay and preparation ofCatch up schedule base on site condition and progress to meet the baseline schedule.

PRODUCTIVITY TRACKING

Capitalizing the daily productivity of every technician with assigned works andcomparing with the productivity chart.

EXPENSE TRACKING

Tracking of Inflow and outflow expenses specific to the project with allotted budget versusExpenses and cash flow.


HANDING OVER PLAN

Preparing and tracking of Testing and Commission plan for specific project with assignedteam and user connection and completion of works
