Horror…The Lake: The credits came every 1 second until the title of the film came. The title lasted 9 seconds and the credits after that came every 3/4 seconds.

Sarah Paulson: This credit sequence is ‘Integrated’. The scene starts and it takes 8 seconds for the title to come in. After the title in then continuously takes 3 seconds for the credits and then begins to take 6 seconds.

Vacancy: This credit sequence is integrated. The first credit comes after 11 seconds and the second is after the 15th second. It then follows through a bit of a story and the title of the film comes in after 19 seconds.

American horror story: This credit sequence is ‘overlapped’. The first credit comes in at 23 seconds. After the first credit the other credits come every 7 seconds.

17 Again: This is separate to the film. The credits come every 1/2 seconds. The title comes in after 1:02.

Step Brothers: This credit sequence is overlapped. The credits come into the scene pretty much straight away and change every 2 seconds. At 35 seconds the credits slow down and appear every 4 seconds. And after 56 seconds they come

Ace Venture- Pet detective: This film opening is a ‘overlap’, the credits run smoothly through the beginning of the film. The first credit comes in at 4 seconds as each credit also comes after every 4 seconds. The title comes in at 21 seconds and the credits following on from the title the credits come 10 then 3 then 5 then 2 seconds after.

Knocked up: This film opening is overlapped as the credits run through the beginning of the film. The first few credits come fluently every 4 seconds and the title appears at 14 seconds. The rest of the credits after the title flow every 2 seconds.

Sci-Fi…Back to the future: This credit sequence is overlapped. The first credit comes in at 18 seconds and the next credit follows on after 6 seconds. The title then comes in at 31 seconds into the opening scene. The credits then com every 2 seconds.

Alien: This credit sequence is separate. The first credit comes in at 6 seconds and carries on to be 6 seconds with the majority of the credits and the title comes in after 1:33.

X-Men: The credit sequence is separate. The first sequence comes in at 29 seconds. And the next comes in at 35 seconds. All the credits after that come in every 6 seconds.

Matrix: The credit sequence is separate. The first credit comes in at 0 seconds and is followed by the next credit at 3 seconds. The title then comes in at 13 seconds and lasts for 9 seconds. The credits after that come every 7 seconds and the different pitched music comes in at 38 seconds.

Titanic: This credit sequence is integrated. The first credit comes in at 17 seconds and they follow on after every 5 seconds. The title then comes in at 43 seconds and the credits after that come in every 3 seconds.

Love Actually: This credit sequence is integrated. The first credit comes in at 10 seconds and the next ones come every 4 seconds. The first part is set out like the audience is looking at a desk with lots of work and drinks, a bit like an office desk and it then goes into the film with one of the main characters singing.

The fault in our stars: This credit sequence is separate. The first credit comes in at 11 seconds, the next one comes 11 seconds after the first credit, they then all begin to come in with a space of 4 seconds between them and finally the title comes in at 47 seconds.

Dirty Dancing: This credit sequence is integrated. The first credit sequence comes in at 8 seconds and the next 3 credits after that come in after every 2-3 seconds. The title then comes in after 20 seconds and the credits after the title continue to come every 2 seconds.
