System goals:

• Credit enhancer is designed to help its users with the process of manage, organize and monitor the credit enhancement procedure of people with bad credit history, creating the most convenient scenario to help them increase their credit score.

• Credit Enhancer has a process for extraction, load and transform (ETL) the customer’s credit report information into the database, organize its different items into four standard groups: Public Records, Negative, Positive, and Inquire Items, to allow their users to take the Public Records, Negative and Inquire Items, to create the letter to send them for investigation.

• The user select the desired items from a list, chose a template letter to create the dispute to be send, and Credit Enhancer automatically fill out the letter. When the user examine the information he/she printout the letter and the system automatically send to the customer an alert indicating the start of the investigation process, and add the customer to a 30 days waiting list, which is time the credit bureaus review the information sent.

• Credit Enhancer share its database with a website that allow the customers to check the status of their case online, Service balance, interact with the employers through messages, and load files.

System specifications:Credit Enhancer consist of 13 primary modules:• Database configuration, System preferences, Company information, Entities

maintenance, Department-Position-Shift, passwords, user policies, customer service, messages center, activity log, and calculator.
