Credit Card Transaction Alert Service Please be informed that with effect from 15 January 2014, ICBC will be sending you transaction alerts via SMS/ Email only for transaction of USD500 (or equivalent in any other currency) and above instead of sending you transaction alert for every transaction. If you wish to change the USD500 threshold amount or update your personal information , you may do so by any one of the following methods: 1. Email us at [email protected] Please download the instruction form, complete it and Email it back to us to change the information for you. Please allow the bank up to five working days to update any changes to your credit card Alert Service. 2. Visit any of our branches personally with valid identification documents to change it over the counter. Terms & conditions By accepting the SMS alert services you:- • represent and warrant that all information in our records is up to date and accurate. You will notify us immediately if there is any change in the information; • authorise us to notify you via SMS alerts of all transactions charged to the card (or where applicable, according to the transaction limits you indicate), if any; • acknowledge and accept that the SMS alerts are not encrypted and may comprise your personal details and information pertaining to your accounts; • understand that the receipt of the SMS alerts is subject to your mobile phone operator being able to support the service, subject to their terms of service and charges; • acknowledge and agree that we do not warrant the quality, delivery, accuracy, security or confidentiality of the contents and shall not be responsible for any consequence in connection with the SMS alert service. Whilst we endavour to ensure the quality of our service, we are not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the SMS alert service including but not limited to (a) the non-delivery, delayed delivery, wrong delivery or partial delivery of the SMS alert; (b) inaccurate contents of the SMS alert; (c) access to the contents of the SMS Alert by any unauthorised persons due to any reason under any circumstances; or (d) your use or reliance on the content of the SMS alert for any purpose whatsoever; • acknowledge and agree that we are be entitled to amend, vary or supplement the terms and conditions herein from time to time; • acknowledge and agree that our decision on all matters relating to the SMS alerts service is final, conclusive and binding on me and no correspondence will be entertained; and • acknowledge and agree to continue to be bound by our Cardmember Agreement.

Please be informed that with effect from 15 January 2014, ICBC will be sending you

transaction alerts via SMS/ Email only for transaction of USD500 (or equivalent in
