SHOP 1

The place is very noticeable and it draws attention, the doors was closed and it makes me feel good, the sign on the items was bold and in a block formand it tells that they are ready for business.

ENVIRONMENTThe color scheme of the store is white and red, with White marble tiles and it befits the environment as such. the ceiling is Very high and it actually brought out the nice shape of the place, the store Is lightly and it has a good effect on me. the environment Is cool and MusicYes and it fit the eatery place, the place is Cold and it is crowed withMerchandise with a distinctive smell, the cash register is locatedAt the center of the shop and the security is Very visible. I would like to spend more than an hour or so with a good influential perceived value merchandise.

PersonnelIt takes like less than a minute before you could be served! and the salesperson have a script to follow with each customer and the mode of attending to customers differs base on the customers want. the ratio of the sales display could said to be 70% and they are like 20 to 30 years of age. the sales has a uniform and their dressings suite the shop.

Product there are products for sales like chicken and drinks which is accessible to all customers. This product are displayed right at the center of the shop, with a price tag boldly written on it. And there are impulses item close to the cashier.

Customersmost customers are alone and some with there individual families of all ages. once a customer comes into the shop they walk in the same direction, and the time spent is based on the customers, customers are not allowed to touch the product because it is not encouraged, the customers appears to be on mission and almost 90% buys a product. Shop 2This shops appears to be busy and is drawing lots of attentions the doors is not closed and i feel it suits the place

the sign lettering is Boldly written and right at the center of the store and it tells me to SHOPRITE. Environmentthe shops appears to have a white painted color and it has a white marble tiles with a good reflection to the environment, it feels good. the ceiling is high and is good, there are light all over and it seems good, the place appears to be loudy due the inflow of customers. the customers and the various machines on use at the store, the music is on and it sounds good, the place seems warm and crowed with merchandise, with a great smell. the security is visible and i could stay for like 30 minutes and the environment is influential.

PERSONALIt takes like two minutes for a sales person to initiate a contact and no script for the sales person to use in following up with the customer and likewise all customers are treated equally. The ratio of sales work is 80% between the ages of 20 to 30 both boys and girls, mainly looking the works aint using the the products. the sales people on their uniform which was a perfect match to the shop beautifies it all.

Products once the move into this mall the first thing you could see is fly chips foods and fisheries

with a centered table of displays of fuits and vegetable and all other goods for sales are located all around the stores right in the stand, the arrangement is awesome because it is been done orderly by functions. there was a free cake stand for customers, a lot of fruits are at eye level! the roasted chickens are in the store in the leasted accessible locations. Most of the least expensive products are been located at the stands with the price tag on them for easy accessible , with there impulse item far from cash register.

CustomersMost of the customers are alone and others are with friends and families all between the average age of 5 to 80 years. Customers walking into these stores does the direct depending on his/her wants and could probably spend as much time as he could depending on his/her list ,but lets say one hour, obviously customers are allowed to touch the product and is encouraged, most customer appears to be genuine while some came to do window shopping and browse, but i must tell you that 80% of the customer purchases a product be leaving.
