A cookbook publisher Yum Yum has contacted the school and wants our help creating a multi-culture cookbook to share with families. The publisher wants the cookbook to include the cultures of Mexico, Italy, Greece, and Thailand. Yum Yum wants the reader of the cookbook to have an understanding of why it is important we learn about other cultures in our American everyday life. Why is it important to incorporate other cultures in America? How can we do this in our everyday food?

To create a cookbook informing the reader why it is important to incorporate different cultures around the world in our everyday American diet. The cookbook will be filled with multi-culture meal plans and information about each of the cultures you collect recipes from.

7.Collect all the different informational pages and recipe pages from your group and create a cookbook. Next lab day you are going to cook a mealusing something different from each culture.
