The theatre’s rear façade faces the recently-completed New World Symphony Center and Lincoln Park.
As part of the redevelopment of the adjacent north lots, Lincoln Lane (formerly an alley) was widened to form a new street with wide planted sidewalks.
The theatre’s adaptive use exploits this new infrastructure by opening a new façade northward.
