What is Wellness?
The degree to which an individual experiences health and vitality in any dimensiondimension of life.
Your life is made up of multiple dimensions that are separate, yet profoundly connected. You can move toward wellness in one dimension while moving away from it in another.

Studies examining the relationship between changes in health risks and changes in work productivity have shown that individuals who reduced one health risk improved their productivity by 9% and reduced absenteeism by 2%. Currently the average employee participating in the Creating Wellness Program has 1.17 health risks each. Each of the health risks graphed above had a direct impact on the productivity and absenteeism of Company Name employees. Conclusion: We have just completed the first assessment as part of the Company Name Creating Wellness annual program.
