With Touchstone’s professional consultancy service backed by the investment and delivery expertise of Lincoln Place the enlarged Group is able to fully serve a clientele who seek the professional resources required to realise the optimal value of their assets and ensure the long term creation of new income streams.

Lincoln Place creates single purpose and diversified investment funds for sophisticated investors providing both project and long term finance through an array of either debt and or equity funds.

Lincoln Place’s funds are curated for high net worth investors and self managed superannuation funds seeking exposure to the returns available from the ongoing growth in retirement living and early learning childcare sectors.

To provide alignment, Lincoln Place also has capacity to be a principal investor or project co-investor.

PROJECT & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT

Development and Project Managers are either directly employed by Lincoln Place or engaged specifically for a project depending upon location. All projects are overseen by a Project Control Group (PCG) comprised of both Client/Joint Venture Partner representatives and Lincoln Place representatives ensuring strong and direct communication with all stakeholders.

Project direction is driven by the PCG allowing Lincoln Place projects to be responsive should market conditions change during the development period. On going management and investment post completion means our focus is unrelenting.

Lincoln Place is presently creating a fixed term single asset fund to finance the acquisition of a high end boutique retirement village in NSW and an opportunistic fund to invest in both active retirement assets as well as early learning childhood facilities on the east coast of Australia.

BEN HINDMARSH Director

Ben has 22 years experience in the real estate investment and funds management industry. He has considerable experience in property development and funds management; including portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisition and divestment and major commercial development projects.

He has been active in childcare development and management for the past 14 years. His insight and knowledge of both development and service standards ensures the needs of Lincoln Place communities are of world standard.

NICHOLAS COLLISHAW Director

Nicholas has over 35 years experience in Australian and Global real estate and funds management markets. He has considerable experience in the development and management of residential, hotel, commercial, retail and industrial assets along with a passion to use this experience to create affordable community based retirement accommodation communities.

Nicholas is a Fellow of Australian Institute of Valuers, a Fellow of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a Graduate Member of FINSIA and the Institute of Company Directors.

STEVE BOWMAKER Business Development Manager

Steve has 35 years experience in the real estate and property development industries. Before joining Lincoln Place Steve owned and operated his own successful private consultancy specialising in the retirement living, registered club and crown land sectors.

Steve has a ‘think outside the square ‘attitude to create viable projects for his clientele. Steve’s role is to identify new areas of opportunity and suitable projects for Lincoln Place.
