Background

Your lifelong dream is coming true! Your idol has granted you a two-minute audience, and you are going to pitch him/her your best idea about improving something you both hold dear. The catch? Your idol cannot meet with you face-to-face. Instead, he/she asked you to send a podcast.


Task

Create a two-minute podcast that:

• includes at least one copyright-friendly image.

• includes at least one copyright-friendly video.

• includes voices of at least two people (if acquired online, must be copyright-friendly).

• articulates an idea to your idol.

• meets the criteria outlined in the Podcast Rubric.


Audience

Your idol, your teacher and your classmates, and the world will be your audience. Your teacher and classmates will use the attached rubric to evaluate your work. You are encouraged to send your podcast on to your idol as an extension of this assignment.


Purpose

The objective is to have you publish a podcast in which you share an interest with a target audience.
