CELLTICE ™ GENTLY FOSTERS SKIN HEALTHJust as plants strengthen from within to improve their health, Celltice™ beautifies skin by reducing sebum and encouraging proper skin turnover. Its unique particle size distributes evenly on the top layers of the skin, reinforcing the protective lipids in the barrier. Owing to its high oil absorptive capacity, Celltice™ significantly controls the formation of sebum, leading to a mattifying and healthy skin complexion after one application.

JUST WATER AND PLANTSHarnessing the power of water, we’ve perfected a way to gently pull cellulose and lignin from their inherent structure. It’s a first-in-kind approach called the Plantrose® Process. This process functions to excite water into its supercritical state and release clean cellulose and lignin, all while avoiding solvents and harsh chemical processes. This incredible process that uses only water, pressure and heat was recognized with the 20th anniversary U.S. Presidential Green Chemistry award. Although our supercritical water process can work with many botanical feedstocks, we’ve selected sustainably-grown, non-genetically modified red maple (Acer rubrum) from the Great Lakes area for our first offering. We have named this material Celltice™.

Clinical studies have shown a 45% reduction in sebum in all panelists tested after just 30 minutes of use. Synergistically, Celltice™ addresses dry and flaky appearance of the skin by accelerating gentle skin turnover and exfoliation. After only 30 minutes post-application, all panelists showed a 66% reduction in dry skin as measured by the D-Squame assay.
